Vala W. has extensive experience in IT support and project management, currently serving as the IT Project Manager and on the HelpDesk at Stonebriar Community Church since August 2015. Prior to this role, Vala worked as the Help Desk Coordinator and at the IT HelpDesk from August 2005 to June 2014, where responsibilities included providing desktop support and technical support for Shelby check-in systems. Previous positions include working part-time in Data Entry at Bellevue Baptist Church from July 2002 to February 2004, as well as serving as AVP and Manager of National Office Support at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. from March 1998 to March 2000, and Manager of IT National Office Support at Sedgwick Insurance Agency until March 2000. Vala holds degrees in Business Data Processing from State Tech Memphis and State Tech Institute, acquired between 1981 and 1986.
