Kevin Kennedy

Kevin Kennedy is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management. Currently serving as Area General Manager for Stonebridge Companies since January 2019, overseeing Courtyard and Residence Inn locations, Kevin previously held roles such as General Manager at Courtyard By Marriott and General Manager at Hampton Inn by Hilton. Prior experience includes Assistant General Manager positions at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants and HEI Hotels & Resorts, as well as Senior Property Manager at Fleisher Real Estate, managing over 30 properties. Early career roles include Night Manager at The Hotel Jerome and various front office positions. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of South Carolina and a Master's degree in Management from Colorado Technical University.
