Neil Proudlove

Neil Proudlove has been working in the property management industry for over 25 years. Neil began their career at CBRE Asia Pacific in 1994, where they worked their way up to Senior Director. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the CBRE Australian retail investment business and assisting local, regional and international clients fulfill their retail property requirements in the Australasian market.

In 2006, Neil left CBRE to join Precision Group of Companies as General Manager. In this role, they broadened their Australian property expertise to include the growth, positioning and management of an $800m private institutional grade retail and commercial property portfolio. This included direct negotiation of $240m of acquisition, disposal and property swap transactions, managing a property team of approx. 30 motivated professionals and administering the daily operational performance of a property portfolio generating circa $90m pa gross revenue.

Neil left Precision Group in 2012 to join Pont Growth Pty Limited. Neil spent two years with the company before moving to Stonebridge Property Group, where they are currently Director of Property Management.

Neil Proudlove has a degree in land management from the University of Reading, England. Neil also has a certification from NSW Fair Trading in Certificate of Registration (Real Estate).

Their manager is Carl Molony, Partner. They work with Hamish Cameron - Director, Analyst Team, Alan Baynash - Director, Property Management, and Tim Andrews - Director, Retail Leasing. Sharon Camenzuli - Financial Accountant, Alanna Ong - Senior Property Manager, and Jing XU - Trust Accountant report to Neil Proudlove.
