Brett Lomax

Brett Lomax is a professional with experience in peer support and addiction recovery, currently serving as a Peer Support at Stonehenge Therapeutic Community since June 2023. Previously, Brett worked in the addiction field at Hope Place Centres from October 2022 to July 2023 and held the position of Peer Recovery at Stonehenge Therapeutic Community from May 2022 to October 2022. Brett also contributed as an Addiction Support Worker at Indwell during the same period. Additionally, Brett completed a field placement as a Land Based Counselor at Gwekwaadziwan Miikan, focusing on Indigenous treatments for young adults, emphasizing the Seven Grandfathers' Teachings and the Redpath treatment recovery program. Educationally, Brett holds a Diploma in Addictions and Mental Health from Centennial College, obtained between 2021 and 2022.
