Mari Ito

Mari Ito is a seasoned architect with extensive experience in high-end hotel design and renovation, currently serving as a Senior Architect and Project Architect at Stonehill & Taylor Architects since July 2005. Prior to this role, Mari co-founded and was Vice President at [Arch]ship Associates in Sapporo, Japan, where responsibilities included managing 15 to 20 public projects annually as a registered architect. Mari began the architectural career at Atelier BNK, progressing from Junior Architect to Senior Architect between April 1983 and April 1992. Academically, Mari holds a Master of Architecture from Pratt Institute, completed in 2005, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Hokkaido University, earned in 1983.
