Caleb Jones

Caleb serves as Development Associate for Stonemont Financial Group. He joined Stonemont in 2022 after gaining valuable experience as a civil engineer at ARCO/Murray National Construction Company in Dallas. During his time at ARCO/Murray, Caleb provided value engineering, site due diligence, preliminary site planning, and earthwork modeling for speculative industrial, build-to-suit, and self-storage projects.

Prior to his time at ARCO/Murray, Caleb was a Senior Design Engineer with Bohler Engineering in Dallas where he oversaw the design of retail, entertainment, single-family, and multi-family land uses.

Caleb is responsible for managing a variety of industrial development projects at Stonemont. His focus includes speculative industrial developments and build-to-suit projects from the early phases of site selection through construction completion. His previous experience as a civil engineer provides valuable expertise to the team regarding site planning, due diligence, permitting, construction, and coordination with consultants and jurisdictions.
