Karin Bateman

Karin Bateman has an extensive work experience in the senior living industry. Karin is currently the Vice President of Field Sales at Everstory Partners since July 2023. Previously, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Harbor Retirement Associates from June 2022 to July 2023. Before that, they were the Senior Vice President of Operations, Development Division at Senior Lifestyle Corporation from June 2012 to June 2022. Karin has also held various leadership roles, including Regional Vice President of Operations at Brookdale from September 2011 to June 2012, Regional Vice President of Operations at Horizon Bay Retirement Living from February 2008 to September 2011, and Regional Director of Operations, Regional Operations Specialist, and Executive Director at Emeritus from 2000 to 2008.

Karin Bateman pursued their education at the University of Cincinnati from 1990 to 1994. During this time, they successfully earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
