David Litvack

David Litvack is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in financial restructuring and compliance. Currently a Managing Director in the Legal department at Stonepeak since August 2025, Litvack previously held the position of Director - Legal and Compliance at BlackRock from August 2018 to July 2025, where responsibilities included serving as Global Head of Restructuring and advising on pivotal private credit and leveraged finance transactions. Prior roles include Vice President of Restructuring at Intrepid Financial Partners, Financial Restructuring Associate at Milbank LLP, and a Business Finance & Restructuring Associate and Law Clerk at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Litvack holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
