Sheila Rutt

Sheila Rutt, PhD, MBA, currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Hexion Inc. and also holds a position as Board Director at Stoneridge since March 2023. Previously, Rutt was Chief Human Resources Officer at Culligan International (2021-2023) and at RR Donnelley (2017-2020), where significant HR transformations were implemented following corporate spin-offs. Rutt's extensive experience includes a long tenure at Diebold Nixdorf, progressing through various human resources roles and leading initiatives that supported global business growth. Rutt began their career in human resources at LuK Incorporated and held positions at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Rubbermaid Home Products, and The University of Akron, prior to establishing a strong academic foundation in psychology and business administration across several esteemed institutions.
