Zach McKenzie

Zach McKenzie, CCP, GRP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Global Compensation & Benefits at Stoneridge, a position held since October 2019, after previously holding the role of Global Compensation Manager. Prior to Stoneridge, Zach worked at Continental from October 2014 to October 2019 as Senior Compensation Analyst and Compensation Analyst. Zach began a career in compensation analysis at American Axle & Manufacturing from November 2011 to October 2014 as a Compensation Analyst and earlier worked at Costco Wholesale as a Vault Clerk from March 2007 to February 2012. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing & Management Information Systems from Oakland University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management from the University of Michigan-Flint, along with a high school diploma from Lake Orion High School, graduated in 2006.
