Amrit Brar

Amrit Brar has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. They started their career at IBM Global Process Services in 2011 as an HR- Onboarding and Induction specialist. In 2015, they joined Masters Support Tech Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Manager, where they worked until February 2019. During their tenure at Masters Support Tech Pvt. Ltd., Amrit also held the position of HR.

In 2019, Amrit joined Stonewain Systems, Inc. as an Assistant Manager in the Human Resources department. They are currently employed in this role. Additionally, in the same year, Amrit also joined Ascentx Software Development Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. They held this position until June 2021, after which they transitioned to the role of Team Lead - Human Resources until December 2021.

Amrit Brar began their education at St. Stephen's School from 1994 to 2004, where they primarily studied Science. Following this, they attended Pandit Mohan Lal SD Public School Chandigarh for two years, from 2004 to 2006, where they focused on Commerce studies. From 2006 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Goswami Ganesh Dutta SD College. Amrit then enrolled in the Indian Institute of Planning and Management from 2009 to 2011, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services and International Marketing. In 2010, they participated in a Case Study Course at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, which focused on the American Airline Industry. Subsequently, they attended a Case Study program at Cambridge Judge Business School in 2009, where the topic explored was England and the European Union. Finally, in 2012 and 2013, Amrit pursued a Master's Degree in International Business at George Brown College.
