Joanna Leiko

Joanna Leiko has a strong background in administrative and operations management. Joanna started their career as the Chief Operations Officer at Foreign enterprise Ekobana from 2004 to 2008. Joanna then worked as the HR Deputy Director at LLC Simatek Group from 2010 to 2012, where they were responsible for staff selection, recruitment, staff records management, and staff development. From 2012 to 2015, Joanna served as the Chief Operations Officer and Director of HR at ProntoSoft, overseeing administrative management and support for commercial internet resources. Joanna then worked at Belka Games as the Director of Administration & HR from 2015 to 2018, focusing on office operations and administrative processes. In 2018, they joined ArasCorp Development Center as the Director of Administration and later became the Managing Director. Currently, Joanna is the Head of Operations at Aras Corporation.

Joanna Leiko has a Bachelor's degree in Advocacy and Notary, which they obtained from Mezhdunarodny universitet "MITSO" in 1999. Joanna also studied HR Management at the Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS and the Belarusian National Technical University in 2012 and 2005 respectively. In addition, they have obtained a certificate in "The basics of modern facilitation" from the Open European Academy of Economics and Politics in Prague in 2023.
