Z Monteiro

Z Monteiro is a skilled programme developer, facilitator, and consultant currently employed at Stonewall since February 2021, focusing on LGBTQ+ inclusion through innovative programme development and stakeholder research. Previous experience includes serving as a Social Media Officer for UK Black Pride and co-editing WMN Zine, a publication dedicated to lesbian art and poetry. Z Monteiro has held various roles at the University of the Arts London, including Events & Exhibition Coordinator and Community Developer, emphasizing student engagement and decolonization in arts education. Additional experience includes working as a Visitor Experience Assistant at The Design Museum, a Research Assistant for Arts Catalyst, and project roles for organizations such as UNICEF Nederland and Young in Prison. Z Monteiro holds a Master's in Cultural and Critical Studies from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor's in Social Work from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
