Kirsten Shoshone

Kirsten Shoshone has a diverse and extensive work experience in HR and people operations. Kirsten is currently the Head of Global HR Operations at StoneX Group Inc. In their previous role as the Director of HR Business Partner & People Operations at TreviPay, they led global HRBP and HR People Operations teams, focusing on HR program creation, execution, and M&A HR activity. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of HR Business Partner at World Fuel Services, where they provided leadership in organizational effectiveness and change management. Kirsten also held various HR roles at SPX Cooling Technologies, Inc., including Senior HR Manager, HR Manager - Commercial Americas, Senior HR Business Partner, and HR Business Partner. Kirsten began their career at SPX Corporation, participating in a leadership development program that provided exposure to executive leadership and global HR COEs. Overall, Kirsten Shoshone has a strong background in HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.

Kirsten Shoshone has a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Consulting from the University of Notre Dame. Kirsten also holds a Contract Administration Studies Certificate from Cornell University's School of Industrial & Labor Relations.
