Marina Muncescu has had a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as an Office Assistant at Tempo Advertising. Marina then moved on to various roles at Vodafone, including Business Intelligence/Web Analyst, Digital Performance Manager, and Customer Experience Insights Specialist. In 2014, Marina joined Citi as the Head of Digital, where they managed Citi's digital touchpoints and directed digital priorities. Marina then worked at HSBC as a Sr. Business Consultant, providing digital expertise to set up regional and local digital operations hubs. Currently, Marina is the Global Head of Digital at StoneX Group Inc., leading the delivery of digital initiatives and ensuring best-in-class experiences for customers and prospects.
Marina Muncescu obtained a Master's degree in Persuasive Communication from the University of Amsterdam in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, and English at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration from 2006 to 2009. Marina also attended the Pace Institute to attain a Dutch language NT2 level qualification, although the dates of this study are not provided.
