Director Of Events & Creative Visual Merchandising at Stoney Clover Lane

Elizabeth Mensi has a diverse range of experience in visual merchandising and events. Elizabeth is currently working at Stoney Clover Lane as the Director of Creative Visual Merchandising and Events, overseeing the development and execution of special promotions, in-store presentations, seasonal launches, new store openings, and special events for the North Americas market. Elizabeth also manages global creative campaigns and merchandising across markets. Prior to their current role, Elizabeth worked at Roller Rabbit as the Manager of Visual Merchandising and Store Design, where they collaborated with the Creative Director to design and execute seasonal campaigns and created visual strategies aligned with marketing campaigns. Elizabeth also developed toolkits for all North America locations and new store openings. Before Roller Rabbit, Elizabeth worked at Tiffany & Co. as the Assistant Manager of Global Creative Visual Merchandising Fragrance and Eyewear, adapting global campaigns and managing partnerships with licensors. Elizabeth also worked at Bolds Creative as a Senior Designer, overseeing the production of retail environments and visual merchandising campaigns. Elizabeth started their career at Ovando as a Conceptual Designer and Special Event Coordinator, where they supported floral production and visual content for special events. Elizabeth also gained experience as a Visual Talent Intern at Anthropologie, supporting the creation of three-dimensional artwork and visual displays.

Elizabeth Mensi has a diverse education history. In 2005, they began their undergraduate studies at Providence College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Business Economics and a minor in Finance in 2009. During their time at Providence College, Elizabeth briefly attended UC San Diego in 2005 and studied Communications.

In 2007, they had the opportunity to study Art History with a focus on the Italian Influence on Western Civilization at Richmond, The American International University in London.

Elizabeth then pursued their passion for design and enrolled in Parsons School of Design - The New School in 2012. Elizabeth completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in 2015, specializing in Interior Design and Fashion Marketing. Later, in 2021, Elizabeth returned to Parsons School of Design - The New School for continuing education and is currently studying Graphic Design and Digital Design.

In addition to their formal education, Elizabeth has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the Beauty Essentials program at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Furthermore, in 2020, they obtained the LEED Green Associate certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
