Dr. Alex George

Dr. Alex George, D.B.A., CPTD has had extensive work experience in talent development, learning, and organizational development. Dr. Alex currently works as the Director of Talent, Strategy & Innovation at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. Prior to that, they served as the Corporate Director of Talent Development & Learning at Stony Brook Medicine. Dr. Alex also held leadership roles at Hilton, Trump National Doral, Miami, and Hilton West Palm Beach, where they developed and implemented learning strategies and led organizational development activities. Dr. Alex has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Florida Atlantic University and held positions at LRA, a Deloitte business, and The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management.

Dr. Alex George, D.B.A., CPTD completed their Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) degree at Florida International University - College of Business from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Lynn University, which they completed from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Dr. George holds several certifications in fields such as change management, neuro-linguistic programming coaching, organizational development coaching, diversity, equity and inclusion, enterprise design thinking, Lean Six Sigma, facilitation, predictive index analysis, FranklinCovey leadership, and talent and development (CPTD).
