Yifei Li

Yifei Li has a diverse work experience in the field of HR management and recruitment. Yifei started their career as an HR Training Assistant at PepsiCo in 2009 and later worked as an Administrative Associate at AVIC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co. Ltd. In 2011, Yifei returned to PepsiCo as an Assistant to the Senior HR Director.

In 2015, Yifei joined Marsh & McLennan Companies as an HRDP Summer Associate and then worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at Cornell ILR - Institute for Compensation Studies. Their research focused on incentivizing "productive failures" in the context of motivating innovation with performance pay.

Yifei gained further HR experience as a Technical Recruiter at Intellipro Group Inc and as an HR Specialist at Hermes-Microvision, Inc. Yifei also served as an Area Recruiter at COS before joining Lightelligence in 2019 as a Senior HR Manager.

Currently, Yifei holds the position of HR Director at 三士灤教育.

Yifei Li earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2010. From 2014 to 2016, Yifei attended Cornell University and obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations (MILR). In 2009, Yifei also participated in a Summer Program on Enterprise Development at the National University of Singapore.
