Antonello Romano

Antonello Romano is the Products and Circular Economy Director Corporate Affairs at Stora Enso since February 2022, and previously served as the Senior Manager Public Affairs at Interel, managing clients in the environment, sustainability, and chemical sectors. Prior to that, Antonello was the Senior EU Policy Advisor at PlasticsEurope, focusing on advocacy strategies, and held a managerial role at Enhesa, overseeing EHS regulatory compliance and consultancy. Experience also includes positions at the European Commission and various legal and consulting roles. Antonello holds a Master's in European Law from Lund University, a Master in Lobbying Public Affairs from ICE, and an LLB in Law from Università di Siena. Areas of expertise include waste management, industrial risk management, and EHS regulations.
