Beata Krajewska

Beata Krajewska has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the People & Culture Business Partner for Stora Enso's Packaging Solutions in Poland since July 2002, while also holding the role of Human Resources Director. Responsibilities include overseeing HR administration and management across multiple legal entities with approximately 2000 employees, as well as managing resources and budgets for specific projects. Beata's career in HR began as an HR Specialist and progressed through various positions, including HR Systems Manager and PM5 HR Project Manager, where responsibilities spanned from recruitment and training programs to policy implementation and organizational development. Prior to Stora Enso, Beata worked as an assistant to the Vice-President of Intercell SA and as a consultant for Doradztwo Personalne FILAR, specializing in candidate selection and recruitment processes. Beata holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Silesia and has completed post-graduate studies in Managing Human Resources at Silesian University School of Management.
