Bjarne Andersson

Bjarne Andersson has extensive work experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management. Bjarne started their career at Ericsson Telecom in 1991 as a Supervisor, where they were responsible for project leadership and installation engineering for transmission equipment. Bjarne also supervised and taught field engineers and performed system and product tests. In 1999, they transitioned to Ericsson as a Technical Sales Manager and later took on roles such as New Account Sales Manager, Sales and Business Manager, Price Manager, Commercial & Business Director, and RAN Business Support. In these positions, they focused on business and commercial advisory, introducing new commercial and business models, and capturing new business opportunities in Asia. Since 2016, Bjarne has been working at Stora Enso as a Director, Category Lead IS IT & Digitalization, where they are responsible for the global IT & Digitalization portfolio and vendor selection processes.

Bjarne Andersson completed a Bachelor of Science (BASc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Skövde from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended the HighSchool of Röllingby from 1985 to 1988, but the degree and field of study are unknown.
