Mikko Pekuri

Mikko Pekuri has extensive experience in the packaging industry, having worked at Stora Enso since March 2004 in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Controlling, Operations, Innovations and R&D, as well as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for the Packaging Materials Division. Additional positions at Stora Enso include Director of Strategy and Business Development for Packaging Solutions Division and Head of Demand Planning. Mikko served as Chairman and Board Member at Encore Ympäristöpalvelut from April 2018 to April 2021, and held board positions at Laminating Papers Oy and Stora Enso Packaging Oy in 2008-2009. Prior to Stora Enso, Mikko worked as a Senior Consultant at Jaakko Pöyry Consulting from 1995 to 2004. Academic credentials include an M.Sc. in Industrial Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and a CEFA in Finance from Hanken School of Economics.
