Nora Simola

Nora Simola currently serves as Lead Counsel for the Biomaterials Growth and Innovation Business Units at Stora Enso since March 2019, overseeing legal matters for platforms such as Lignode®. Previously, Nora held various legal roles within Stora Enso, including Legal Counsel for the Biomaterials Division and Group Legal Counsel, focusing on sales and innovation across divisions. Prior experience includes positions at KPMG Finland as Legal Counsel and Assistant Manager, and an associate trainee role at White & Case. Nora holds a Master of Laws in International Business Law and a degree in Finnish Law from the University of Helsinki, a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Dundee, and participated in the International and European Legal Studies Programme at the University of Antwerp.
