Toby Croucher

Toby Croucher currently serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Vice President for Climate, Nature, and Forestry at Stora Enso since February 2022. Previously, Toby held various leadership roles at SAP, including Global Climate and Sustainability Industry Lead, where a new approach to climate and sustainability was initiated across industries. Earlier experience includes general management and advisory roles in the energy and natural resources sectors, working for Maersk Oil as Global Head of Environment with significant GHG reductions, and as Principal Advisor at Repsol focusing on environmental and social impacts. Toby's career began at BP with extensive roles in climate, environment, technology, and sustainability. Educational credentials include a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge and multiple executive education programs at institutions such as Harvard and Stanford.
