Heather Gileta

Heather Gileta has extensive work experience in product management and operations roles. Their most recent position is as the VP of Product Operations and Enablement at Storable, where they oversee product operations and enables cross-functional teams. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Product Enablement at Storable and was responsible for driving product enablement initiatives. Before joining Storable, Heather worked at CivicActions as the Assistant Director of Product Management, where they focused on transforming government by providing digital services and open data using agile practices. Heather also served as the Product Manager for the National Science Foundation beta project. Earlier in their career, Heather worked at Omnicell as the Director of Product Management, where they managed a team and was responsible for strategic roadmaps and product launches. Heather also held the role of Senior Product Manager at Omnicell, where they built and led a new department managing a portfolio of products. Heather's previous experience includes working at Sage as a Product Manager, where they managed a new product called Sage Source, and as a Senior Usability Analyst, where they managed multiple product lines and releases. Heather also worked at Lifestyle Family Fitness as the HR Systems Manager and at Spheris as the HRIS Administrator. Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on driving results and improving business performance.

Heather Gileta holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Saint Leo University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Florida. Additionally, they have a Professional Certificate in User Experience from Bentley University. Heather also possesses two additional certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance and a Pragmatic Marketing Certification from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI).
