Kiana Schappell

Kiana Schappell, MSA, currently serves as a Property Controller at Storage Asset Management since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Accounting Manager for Association and Manufactured Housing and Property Accountant at Property Management, Inc. from October 2020 to January 2024, as well as Staff Accountant positions at Blockhouse Furniture and Flagger Force Traffic Control Services. Kiana's expertise encompasses financial reporting, inventory adjustments, payroll processing, and accounts payable/receivable management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, both from Liberty University.
