Storage Pros' primary focus is the acquisition and re-positioning of existing self-storage facilities with "value-add" opportunities to improve facility operations and their physical condition. The company also develops new self storage facilities through an affiliated entity, Storage Development Partners LLC. In addition, Storage Pros provides third-party self-storage property management services across the eastern U.S. to a variety of clients including lending institutions, public and private institutional owners, and private partnerships.
