Nancy Rosenblatt

Nancy Rosenblatt has over 28 years of experience in accounting roles. Nancy began their career in 1993 as a Senior Accountant at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., where they prepared monthly and annual corporate facilities cost analysis on actual vs. budgeted basis, as well as budget & billing schedules for affiliates and operating companies. In 2007, they joined Nassau County Office of Community Development as a Fiscal Analyst, where they performed monthly and annual reconciliations for the OCD, Community Development Block Grant, Home, Neighborhood Stabilization and Emergency Shelter Grant funded programs. In 2011, they moved to Notias Construction, Inc. as a Fiscal Coordinator-Project Accountant, where they prepared and coordinated all documents for new project closings. In 2015, they were hired as a Project Accountant at AECOM Tishman. Currently, they are employed at Storage Rentals of America and SROA Capital as a Construction Project Accountant.

Nancy Rosenblatt attended Smithtown High School West before going on to receive a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Binghamton University between 1985 and 1989. No additional certifications have been listed.
