Michael T Seivers

Michael T Seivers CPA has over 30 years of experience in various accounting roles. Michael T began their career at AMF as a Relief Manager, where they managed staff and handled customer complaints. Michael T then moved on to CB Richard Ellis, where they worked as a Property Accountant, responsible for preparing monthly financial statements and maintaining cash and payables. After that, they joined Greystar as an Accounting Manager, overseeing the preparation of monthly financial statements and managing a receivables ledger. Following this, they worked at Native American Connections as a Property Accountant, administering all general accounting functions and preparing financial statements. Michael T then served as a Senior Accountant at Case, Huff & De Rito Retail, LLC, where they prepared financial statements and maintained all cash and accrual journal entries. Michael T continued their career at Silver Mountain Real Estate Group as a Controller, reviewing and preparing financial statements and working closely with owners. Michael T then joined PEM Real Estate Group as a Senior Accountant, where they oversaw all aspects of financial statement preparation and year-end audit and income tax schedules. Michael T later worked at American Residential Properties, Inc. as a Senior Accountant, before joining STORE Capital, where they held positions including Accounts Receivable Manager and Director of Accounts Receivable. Throughout their career, Seivers has demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation, budget analysis, variance analysis, and reconciliation.

Michael T Seivers CPA received their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from DeVry Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Prior to that, they attended Washougal High School from 1983 to 1987. In 2012, they obtained the CPA certification from the State of Arizona.
