Phani M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Phani started their career in 2008 at Idexcel, Inc. as a Sr Software Engineer, where they worked until 2017. At Idexcel, they gained expertise in software development.

In 2009, Phani joined T-Mobile as a Sr SAP Consultant, where they were responsible for designing and developing web applications using SAP ABAP, WebDynpro, and Adobe Interactive forms. Phani also worked on critical projects to enhance competitive advantage in the telecom space.

In 2011, they briefly worked at Nike as an SAP Technical Lead, where they led a team and designed solutions in the HR Payroll domain for a global implementation project.

Phani then joined Microsoft in 2011 as a Sr. SAP Consultant, focusing on Sales & Distribution, Pricing, and Materials Management solutions. Phani played a crucial role in designing pricing solutions for cloud-based products with tiered pricing based on usage.

In 2012, Phani returned to T-Mobile as a Sr. SAP Consultant with expertise in SAP OER implementation. Phani also worked at Genentech as a Solution Architect, specializing in Pharma Serialization projects to prevent counterfeiting of drugs.

Phani joined Autodesk in 2015 as a Sr SAP Development Lead, where they led integration projects with Salesforce.

Most recently, in 2017, Phani joined Adobe as a Senior Solutions Architect, taking on a leadership role in designing and architecting solutions.

In 2019, Phani became a Co-Founder of StoreCash.

Phani M. pursued a Master's Degree in MBA with a specialization in Information Technology & Marketing from the International Institute of Information Technology, Pune Infotech Park, Hinjawadi, Pune 411057. This academic pursuit took place from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, Phani completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Application Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, which they attended from 1999 to 2003.

Furthermore, Phani has also engaged in several additional certification programs. These include completing the "Stanford Innovation and Entrepreneurship" Program at Stanford University in 2018-2019. Phani has also obtained certifications in various disciplines from renowned institutions such as McKinsey & Company, Coursera, Pragmatic Institute, IBM, The Open Group, and SAP. Notably, Phani's education journey has involved continuous professional development and an emphasis on both business fundamentals and technical skills.
