Kimberley Wood

Kimberley Wood serves as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Storegga since September 2023, while also holding positions as Independent Director at Energean and as a Director at Africa Oil Corp since 2020 and 2018, respectively. Wood has experience as an Independent Director at Gulf Keystone Petroleum until June 2024 and Valeura Energy Inc. until September 2023. Previously, Wood was a Senior Consultant at Norton Rose Fulbright and held the role of Partner at both Norton Rose Fulbright LLP and Vinson and Elkins LLP. Wood began the legal career as an Associate and Trainee Solicitor at Dewey & LeBoeuf. Academically, Wood holds an LL.B. from The University of Edinburgh, an LL.M. from UCL, and completed the Legal Practice Course with commendation at The College of Law of England and Wales.
