Alexis Manuel

Alexis Manuel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career as a Software Developer Intern at Tourist Office in 2015 and later worked as an Analyst-Developer Intern at AGENA 3000, where they were involved in the development of a reporting tool and web application using technologies such as Java, PHP, AJAX, and jQuery.

In 2016, Alexis worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Scalian, where they contributed to the development of web applications using the Symfony2 framework. They also played a key role in redesigning and implementing an enterprise CMS-based web application.

They then joined iRaiser.eu as a Software Developer Intern in 2018, where they focused on developing Odoo modules using Python and JavaScript. Their work included enhancing business intelligence features and integrating open source projects for dynamic SQL query generation.

From 2015 to 2016, Alexis worked as part of the restaurant crew at McDonald's Corporation.

In 2019, Alexis joined Zéro-Gâchis as a Data Engineer. In this role, they led the implementation and industrialization of a Cloud Data Platform, automating data ingestion from multiple internal and external sources. They also implemented a CDC data ingestion strategy to improve data delivery time and developed configurable pipelines to minimize production incidents.

Currently, Alexis is working as a Data Engineer at BOXY, starting in 2022.

Alexis Manuel completed their education in a sequential manner. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Sainte Marie Highschool in Cholet and earned a BTS SIO, which is the equivalent of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in IT. They then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Software Engineering from IMT Atlantique between 2016 and 2019. Additionally, in 2015 and 2016, Alexis obtained a Training Certificate from ESAIP, École Supérieure Angevine en Informatique et Productique.
