Lester Bernard

Lester Bernard has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2000, they co-founded Creapass.com and served as a Co-founder until 2001. Lester then worked as a Back-office operator at Boursorama from May 2002 to June 2002. Following this, Lester joined the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France as a Specialized Agent from July 2002 to August 2004. In 2003, they briefly worked as a Corporate banker at HSBC - Banque de Beacque Beau. From May 2007 to August 2014, Lester held the position of Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions at Crédit Agricole CIB. Lester then progressed on to be the Director Mergers & Acquisitions for the Americas at the same company, working from September 2014 to July 2019. In September 2019, Lester became the Founder and Managing Partner of Octopus Advisory. In May 2020, they joined Replika Software Inc. as a Senior Finance Officer, transitioning to Strategic Advisor in July 2021, before finally serving as the Chief Financial Officer from December 2020 to June 2021. Lester has also been involved in mentoring at Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs since July 2021, and they currently hold the position of Advisor at Harvard Business Review since October 2021. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer at BOXY starting from November 2021.
