Julius Hans Dharmadi

Julius Hans Dharmadi has a diverse and extensive work experience. Julius Hans has worked as the VP Investment at StorHub Self Storage, where they led the expansion of the Asia Self Storage Platform in Singapore, East Asia, and the Pacific. Julius Hans was responsible for acquisitions, negotiations, and creating asset management agreements. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Synthesis Karya Pratama and Synthesis Agro. Julius Hans also worked at EY as an Associate Director in Transaction Advisory Services, where they focused on operational transaction services and real estate advisory. Before that, they held the role of Manager at PT Rajawali Corpora, where they assessed financial feasibility and presented investment theses for mixed-use property development projects. Julius Hans started their career as an Intern at AIG Private Bank and has also worked at Ernst & Young and Scientech Asia Pte Ltd in financial and analyst roles.

Julius Hans Dharmadi completed their BSc (Hons.) degree in Banking and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2008. In the same year, they also completed Level 1 of the CFA Examination from the CFA Institute. From 2002 to 2004, Julius attended IPEKA Christian High School, where they studied Science and Economics. More recently, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued an International Executive Masters in Management with a specialization in Business Administration and Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan.
