José Antonio Tena Sendra

José Antonio Tena Sendra has a strong background in product development and management, as well as experience in founding and leading organizations. José Antonio is currently the Head of New Products & Expansion at Stori, where they successfully transformed the tech team into an agile organization. Previously, they served as Co-Director at Founder Institute and held various roles at Rappi, including Head of Product for Paga con Rappi and Product Lead for RappiPay. José Antonio also founded and served as CEO of Piktia, a mobile app for personalized photo prints, and worked as the Head of Design at Suggestic. In addition, they had a significant role at EnElAire, where they launched the content site and became the #1 aviation platform in the Spanish-speaking market.

José Antonio Tena Sendra has a Bachelor's degree in Interactive Design from Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México, which they obtained from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, they attended a summer program for young entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley at Stanford University, focusing on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial studies. In 2016, they received a certificate in Innovation & Design Thinking from CEDIM México. In 2020, José completed an online certified Scrum Product Owner® program from Scrum Alliance, specializing in project management. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance. As of 2023, they are pursuing licensure in Aircraft Pilot (Private) at Centro de Adiestramiento Aeronáutico.
