Eva Manole, MBA, is a seasoned professional in organizational development and leadership coaching, currently serving as Managing Director for Emergenetics Canada Inc. since September 2023. With a diverse background that includes positions such as Leadership Coach at BetterUp and Strategic Advisor at Storied, Inc., Eva specializes in optimizing performance through cognitive diversity and innovative coaching strategies. As Principal of Eva Manole Coaching & Consulting, Eva focuses on senior leadership coaching, organizational effectiveness, and talent management. Previous roles include Director of Organizational Development at Fullscript and Learning and Development Manager at Newmont Goldcorp Corporation. Eva holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University, a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School, and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
