Mahak Bhargava

Mahak Bhargava currently serves as the HR Operations and Talent Acquisition Head at Stories by RG since January 2024, focusing on managing end-to-end processes and driving innovation through automation to enhance efficiency and compliance in training management. Previously, Mahak worked as an HR Business Analyst at Vedak: Expert Network from April 2023 to January 2024, where responsibilities included sourcing and screening global industry experts and overseeing daily operations. Prior experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Executive at Converse Placement Services India Pvt. Ltd from July 2022 to January 2023, managing recruiting tasks and stakeholder communication. Mahak holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Masters' Union, expected to be completed in March 2024, and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of Rajasthan, completed in 2021. Early education was completed at St. Anselm's Pink City Sr. Sec. School.
