About the role As the Internal Communication Specialist at Storio group, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies within the organization. You are central to nurturing a culture of transparency, collaboration, and positivity. Your efforts will ensure our core values are reflected in every interaction within the company, enhancing engagement and fostering a supportive work environment through innovative technology platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internal communication plans to ensure employees are informed, involved, and engaged.
  • Manage internal communication channels such as slack, intranet, and employee meetings and town halls.
  • Taking care of the external communication related to our employee branding in collaboration with the talent team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to communicate company policies, updates, and other important information.
  • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and make improvements as needed.
  • Take an active part in creating and distributing employee engagement surveys and feedback forms to identify areas of improvement.

Experience and Attributes we'd like to see

  • Education in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in internal communications, employer brand or a related role.
  • Excellent & proven written communication skills in English (French, Spanish, German or Norwegian is a plus).
  • Strong technical savviness to drive intranet & social media activities
  • Graphic design and video editing skills, with a talent for transforming ideas into visually engaging media is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
