Previously, Luiza worked at Oracle as a Senior Business Analyst, facilitating communication between Sales, Finance, and EMEA Support Operations, and enhancing reporting processes. Luiza's background also includes a role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Business Analyst, where complex data analysis and dashboard development were key responsibilities. Earlier experience at Conectys as an Operations Reporting Analyst involved statistical data analysis for performance monitoring, along with roles in account management. Luiza holds a Romanian Baccalaureate in Computer Science from 'Ion Luca Caragiale' National College.
