Esther Leonard is an experienced career consultant and coach currently serving as a Career Consultant at BRAVANTI and operating a private practice as Esther the Career Coach since August 2019. With a focus on supporting professional women of color, Esther provides services in interviewing, salary negotiation, resume and cover letter reviews, and career strategy.
