William S. Maddox Sr

William S. Maddox Sr. is an accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning multiple fields, including aviation, education, banking, and entrepreneurship. As the owner of Southern Turnings LLC since 2014, Maddox draws on a rich career that began with a notable tenure as a C-130 Evaluator/Instructor Pilot in the United States Air Force from 1979 to 1997. Following retirement, Maddox transitioned to commercial banking and education, holding positions as an Assistant Vice President at The Peoples Bank and as a Loan Officer at First National Bank. Maddox also served as a teacher and coach in the Stone County School District, earning accolades as the head coach of the state championship soccer team. Additionally, Maddox has experience as an adjunct professor at Pearl River Community College and Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, focusing on business management and accounting.
