Robert Young

Robert Young has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Most recently, they served as the Director of Operations at Storm Smart Industries, one of the largest hurricane protection companies in Florida. Prior to that, they held the same position at American Woodmark from 2017 to 2022. Before that, they worked as the Regional COO at Oldcastle Precast from 2015 to 2017. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Director of Operational Excellence at Oldcastle, where they led a team responsible for continuous improvement projects across multiple manufacturing facilities. Robert also worked as the VP of Operations at Oldcastle Precast from 2003 to 2012, overseeing various departments. Earlier in their career, they held managerial positions at The Oakwood Group and Ford Motor Company.

Robert Young attended the University of Toledo from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism. In terms of additional certifications, Robert Young has completed several courses on LinkedIn.
