Victor Saly

Victor Saly has over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Software Development Manager at Storm Technologies since February 2008, where responsibilities have included leading the development of an online portal for tracking product transactions and eCommerce. Prior to this role, Victor held positions as Lead Developer and Senior Web Application Developer at the same company. Previous experience includes technical support for medical software at Linea Clinica C. A. and webmaster duties at Confederación Americana de Urología CAU. Victor holds a degree in Business & Administration with a focus on Economics from Universidad de Carabobo, as well as certifications in Web Development and Web Design from UNITEC and West Herts College, respectively.
