Director, US Enterprise Sales at StorMagic

Conner Volpe has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Conner began their career as a Set-up/AV Manager at Georgia Tech Conference Services in January 2008. Conner then worked as a Tenant Mechanical Co-op at McKenney's, Inc. from August 2008 to December 2011, where they gained experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing system design.

In 2009, Conner joined the Georgia Tech Athletic Association as a Student Football Equipment Manager, supporting the Equipment Managers and Coaches with various tasks related to practices and games. Conner fulfilled responsibilities such as laundry, practice set-up and break down, game preparation, and operational duties.

Conner then transitioned to a Technical Data Analyst role at Parts, Inc. (Parts And Repair Technical Services) in January 2012. During their tenure, they managed a significant aircraft component contract with the Defense Logistics Agency, increasing profit margins by over 10%. Conner also coordinated domestic sourcing and contract bidding and acquired controlled technical data packages from the Department of Defense. Additionally, Conner identified new supply sources to enhance margins and developed a supply chain for structural defense articles.

From October 2012 to September 2014, Conner worked as a Client Technical Specialist at IBM, acting as a primary technical sales leader for various accounts. Conner was responsible for the design, architecture, implementation, testing, and support of over 25 large-scale customer server installations across the United States.

Conner then joined Lenovo as a Senior Enterprise Sales Engineer and Channel Technical Sales Engineer from October 2014 to August 2016. In this role, they served as the primary solution engineer for key accounts, such as Citrix ByteMobile, Unum, and Ricoh. Conner's responsibilities included designing, architecting, implementing, testing, and supporting large-scale customer server installations. Conner successfully balanced cost, system requirements, and schedule to optimize designs and ensure customer satisfaction.

In 2021, Conner became a Co-Owner and CIO of Piggy Jo's, a position they still currently holds. In this role, they contribute to the overall management and technology strategy of the company.

Most recently, Conner joined StorMagic in August 2016. Conner initially worked as a Field Sales Executive until April 2021, where they developed and maintained customer relationships for the company. Conner then transitioned to the role of Regional Sales Manager for the US East & Central region until March 2022. Currently, Conner serves as the Director of US Enterprise Sales at StorMagic, leading the company's sales efforts in the US market.

Conner Volpe attended Georgia Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering.
