Karil Pearce has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Karil worked as an Inside Sales Representative at StorMagic, where they focused on solving edge data problems and providing innovative data solutions. Prior to that, Karil served as an Internal Account Manager at Jigsaw24, an IT solutions provider, specializing in Apple products and services. Karil also worked at Ford & Stanley, first as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in railway infrastructure and then as a Client Development Executive. In these roles, they supported employers and provided talent services within the engineering and rail industries. Earlier in their career, Karil worked as a Business Development Manager at INVICTUS COMMUNICATIONS LTD. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in sales, account management, recruitment, and business development across various sectors.

Karil Pearce obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Exercise from the University of Northampton from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, Karil completed a Btec in Sports and Exercise at Derby College.
