Jennifer Arnett

Jennifer Arnett has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jennifer is currently working as the Director of Strategic Sourcing at Stormont Vail Health since 2023. Prior to this, they had various roles at The University of Kansas Health System, including Warehouse Operations Manager, Utilization Management Analyst, and Implant Program Manager, where they implemented SOPs for operations, optimized inventory management, and ensured compliance with FDA and Joint Commission regulations. Prior to that, they worked as an Inventory Analyst, Interim Warehouse Manager, and Project Lead at the same organization. Jennifer also has experience as a Benefit Communication Specialist at Health and Benefit Systems, LLC and a Systems Coordinator at Neligh News and Leader. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Outside Sales Representative at Waste Connections, Inc., where they increased revenue and developed marketing strategies. Jennifer also started and managed Wild Sunflower Bake Shoppe and held managerial positions at various catering and food service companies. Jennifer began their career as an Experiential Education Facilitator at Team Leadership Results, LLC, where they designed customized corporate training programs. Jennifer also worked as a Group Sales Representative at Unum.

Jennifer Arnett earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Jennifer later pursued their passion for French Cuisine and obtained an Associate of Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Scottsdale (formerly Scottsdale Culinary Institute), where they attended from 2001 to 2002.
