Daniel Ball is the current SEO & Email Manager at StormX. Daniel has also served as the Director of Customer Experience at Optum, Founder and Managing Director at Hub101, and Senior Product Manager at Zynx Health and Techstars. Throughout their career, Daniel has focused on developing strategies to improve customer experience and retention. Daniel has also coached 100+ startups on product development, customer acquisition, and go-to-market strategy. To date, they have helped raise over $50M in venture capital for startups.

Daniel Ball completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, with a focus in strategy and marketing. Daniel also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Berkeley in business administration and management.
