Caroline Shearer has extensive experience in sales and estimating within the commercial flooring industry, currently serving as Lead Estimator at Storr Office Environments since July 2017. Previously, Caroline held positions as a Sales Assistant in Commercial Flooring and as a Sales Design Consultant at Architectural Ceramics, where strong product knowledge and design expertise were applied to exceed sales goals while managing over 100 projects simultaneously. Earlier experience includes roles as a Sales Partner, Recruiter at Workbridge Associates, and internships in styling and fashion sales, showcasing a diverse skill set in customer service, sales management, and professional relationship building. Caroline holds a B.S. in Business and Fashion Merchandising & Design from Virginia Tech.
