Lucas Czjzek

Lucas Czjzek currently serves as the Head of Operations at Story House Productions, overseeing the integration of key departments in post-production, visual effects, camera/studio, and rights and clearance. Previously, Lucas held the position of Senior Production Manager, leading teams to deliver quality TV content for German broadcasters. Lucas has also contributed as a Gastdozent at Fachhochschule St Pölten, sharing expertise in film and TV production. Other notable experiences include roles as Head of New Business and Business Development at Golden Girls Filmproduktion und Filmservices GmbH, Head of Production at VIRTUE Austria GmbH, and Head of Production at VICE Media, where Lucas produced both original content and branded films. Lucas started the career in production assistance and has amassed considerable experience in the industry since 2005. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Digital Arts from the University of Applied Arts Vienna, with additional studies at Universität der Künste Berlin and the University of Vienna.
