Kaila Penner

Kaila Penner, CPTD, serves as the Talent Management and Development Manager at Storyblok since May 2024, where Kaila has partnered with the Senior Leadership Team to launch the company's inaugural skills campaign and successfully implemented a new LMS. Prior to this role, Kaila owned and operated Esther & Ash Consulting, driving talent development strategies for various organizations from January 2022 to May 2024. From August 2015 to March 2022, Kaila held several positions at Workiva, including Learning & Development Manager and Senior Learning & Development Specialist, where Kaila implemented global training initiatives and established a comprehensive competency model. Early career experiences include roles in human resources at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and youth services at Children and Families of Iowa. Kaila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Marketing from Drake University.
